Riders and volunteers at the 9th annual Ride for Habitat, put on by South Shore Habitat for Humanity, based in Weymouth, Mass. The 2015 Ride, which kicked off from the House of Prayer Lutheran Church in Hingham, offered riders a choice of three rides, 15, 25 and 50 miles, in routes that traversed the entire South Shore. Riders were given introductions, told the rules of the road, then sent on their way, with guides at some intersections helping them to find their way. The Ride has several local companies as sponsors and in-kind donors. Photo by Stephen Ide.
